Our operations will continue as usual throughout the holiday season, taking orders and dispatching on all non-public holidays; however, please note that we will be operating with reduced staffing from 29 December 2025 to 2 January 2026. During this period, response times may be longer, and non-urgent requests will be addressed from 5 January 2026.
